This December, Zoe Transforming Foundation is extending love and nourishment to over 100 vulnerable families across Kawangware, Kabiria, Kibera, Rongai, and Kangemi.
In a season when many gather in joy, others struggle silently — parents without income, children without food, homes filled with uncertainty instead of laughter.
